About Us
International Christian Fellowship is an international community of American and International
students and friends located at University of California, San Diego. International students
from all faith backgrounds are warmly welcomed.
Who we are
- Internationally, we are part of IFES (located in about 150 countries!)
- In the United States, we are part of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA
- In San Diego, we are part of InterVarsity with over 800 students on several college campuses
- At UCSD, we are part of the UCSD InterVarsity chapter, the largest student
organization on campus with over 400 students. - We partner with ICF North, ICF South, International Christian Church San Diego, La
Jolla Presbyterian Church and Ethnos Community Church. - We are a student organization and NOT a church, but we are served by various San Diego
churches and volunteers (thank them for the great food every week!)
What we do
- Thank God it is Friday (TGIF)
- On Friday nights we gather to eat dinner together, sing songs in different languages,
share cultural and personal stories, build relationships, and learn about Christianity. Then we eat dessert! - Social Activities
- sightseeing around San Diego, birthday parties, Thanksgiving/Christmas parties, bonfires
- Service projects
- Out of town trips
- Catalina
